Could Mosaic Effect Tiles Take Your Bathroom Back to Nature?

In 2018, bathroom design is going native with a trend that takes householders back to nature - something that could inspire your choice of mosaic effect tiles if you are shopping around?

This is according to Davinia Sutton, the winner of the NKBA Supreme Bathroom Award, who believes natural materials and custom fixtures such as stone basins, are bang on trend for 2018, Stuff reports.

Sutton accepts that the private escape of a luxurious bathroom might be a cliché, but it's perfectly true - and a restful, organic scheme for this space is a welcome one for those of us with busy lifestyles.

"I particularly like the mineral-based vanity basins and tops, which are hardwearing, and noted for their sustainability and functionality. This surface is easy to keep clean and it always looks just like the day it was installed," she suggested.

As well as the rising popularity of metal, timber and concrete finished, greenery is making its away back into the bathroom in the from of vertical gardens.

Finally, Sutton said that homeowners should not get hung up on the idea that their decorating choices will 'date' because if you play it too safe, the finished product will look dull.

Total Look Design carries a range of more natural-looking tiles, such as the Space Bamboo Wood Effect Italian Porcelain Wall And Floor Tiles.

These tiles have a bamboo-like finish and have a matt surface and could be the perfect feature to help tie a natural-look bathroom suite together for a back-to-nature inner sanctum.
